New partnership will ‘add genuine value to our customers’

Independent estate agency group Conran is the latest firm to endorse Dashly’s customer-first ‘tech and touch’ approach, meaning advisers and agents can use its specialist algorithms to find highly personalised products for clients’ unique circumstances.

This follows the fintech’s recent success as it continues to scale up, including lucrative partnerships with Paradigm Mortgage Services and Arun Estates among others.

Dashly’s technology acts as a sales accelerator, spotting money-saving switching opportunities for consumers.

The mortgage monitoring service works with advisers to find the best deals for customers, even if they’re in the middle of a fixed rate period.

As well as mortgage advisers, estate agencies can also make the most of the tech since they are likely to have high levels of footfall that they may not do business with unless they have a property the customer wishes to purchase.

Simon Hughes

Simon Hughes, managing director of Conran, said: “Being able to add genuine value to our customers is something we’re always striving for, in every conversation we have.

“That’s why Dashly’s proposition suits us to a tee: it means that our highly capable sales team can convert even more leads, and the business as a whole can develop more meaningful relationships with our customers by offering a tailored and personal service.”

Ross Boyd, CEO of Dashly, added: “Endorsement of our technology from big hitters in the property industry is further proof that our approach – to put the customer first, always – is where the market is moving. It reaps rewards financially, but it’s also the right thing to do.

“This is about a bespoke rather than a blanket approach to homeownership. By combining these experts with our platform, we know that we’re helping to make mortgages work better for everyone involved: advisers, agents, lenders, and customers alike.”
