New partnership to provide agents with ‘additional marketing services’

PropertyHeads, a social network for property buyers and sellers, has teamed up with CoreLogic, a major global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, to offer agents additional marketing services.

This new partnership will initially form part of an expanded service offering to registered members of PropertyHeads, whereby agents will get direct access to CoreLogic’s property marketing services.

PropertyHeads, which aims to challenge traditional property portals by bringing together consumers, agents and property related businesses, reports to have in the region of 700,000 active users, including more than 10,000 agents and associated firms.

Not only is the platform used as a property search and compare tool, it also enables the creation of individual user profiles, based around property preferences or market interests and facilitates social networking between all connected parties. Users should benefit from local property data, market news, expert advice and access to properties before they come to market.

Agents currently benefit from unlimited free property listings on PropertyHeads and its sister portal – Mouseprice. The social networking element enable agents to have ongoing dialogue with vendors and buyers to help with lead conversion.

Having a direct link into CoreLogic’s property marketing services, will provide supplemented marketing resource for agents to readily access.

Services will include photography, drone, virtual tours, floor plans, video, EPCs and brochure design, along with access to the CoreLogic Floor Plan mobile app and SMARTList product, which provides valuable property level insights to identify when a homeowner is likely to list their property for sale, for specific targeted postcode areas.

This PropertyHeads-CoreLogic initiative is the first step in a broader collaboration that will encompass many new innovative solutions for brands and services that target home mover and home improvers to be announced in the coming weeks and months, according to Ben Davis, founder and CEO of PropertyHeads.
