New online service launches for internet home hunters

A new service called Plentific has caught our eye – and looks to be genuinely interesting and innovative.

Free to home buyers, the site offers a tool called a milestone tracker designed to guide them through the entire process.

There are also property listings, provided by Zoopla, but which additionally allow users to work out travel time from the property to place of work, likely mortgage requirements and costs, and the ability to contact the agent.

As an example, you can see here:

Other features include access to mortgage and legal advice, and “property coaches” – or buyer’s agents. The site makes its money when users sign up to any one of these.

Plentific describes itself as a London start-up which is aiming to bring innovation to the home-buying process. It is currently advertising for IT specialists and a property search agent.

One to watch?
