New ‘off market’ property portal says it now has 500 users and £100m of instructions

A new website which helps agents market high-end properties by letting them be displayed for 14 days before they are shown elsewhere, says it is doing well.

Nine weeks after launch, Cobbletons says it is working on two high-value deals, and seeing activity in the £5m-plus market.

Founded by Michael Antonio, formerly of Knight Frank, there are now 500 members using the off-market site, with £100m worth of instructions.

Agents can advertise their off-market properties free, but pay 0.5% if a sale goes through.

The site has also recruited Mems Kannides, who was also with Knight Frank and before that Chestertons. As director of operations and sales at Cobbletons he is tasked with growing membership and strengthening the relationship with agents.
