New managing director takes over at 175-year-old property firm

Midlands estate agency firm Loveitts has a new managing director.

John Pugh, who has been with the firm for 20 years, takes over from Peter Rosier who has been at Loveitts for 45 years and will remain a director of the firm.

Loveitts has also recently appointed Mark Walmsley to head up residential sales.

Loveitts has offices in Coventry, Leamington and Nuneaton, and has a history stretching back 175 years.
