Rex Software has introduced a set of AI-driven features within its platform aimed at automating administrative tasks and supporting prospecting and lead management.
The update follows input from the estate agency CRM platform’s Artificial Intelligence Advisory Board, which identified several operational challenges for agents, including inconsistent data quality, limited visibility on when to contact prospects, and inefficiencies in managing leads and follow-ups.
The new functionality is integrated into the Rex CRM and structured across four areas: administration, prospecting, nurturing and performance management.
The administrative tools automate data entry and task processing using voice or text input. Prospecting features are designed to identify potential opportunities and prompt agents on who to contact and when. Nurturing tools focus on automating follow-ups to maintain engagement with prospective clients, while management features provide oversight of activity, including performance tracking and forecasting.
Tom Ainsworth, chief revenue officer at Rex Software, said: “AI won’t replace agents, but those who leverage AI will replace those who don’t. Rex brings the power of AI directly into the CRM our customers use daily, speeding workflows, unlocking insights, and turning their database into an active growth engine.
“Rex AI elevates an agent’s workflow and productivity, leading them to unlock their database and tap into it like never before.”
