New AI-powered CRM system aims to ‘transform’ how estate agents operate

An AI-powered CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system tailored specifically for estate and letting agents across the UK, which has been four years in the building by the team behind Yorkshire estate agents Preston Baker, has officially launched.

Preston Baker is the first agent to go live with the tailor-made CRM system Greenhouse OS which integrates advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.

We are told that the list of agents who will be adopting the system over the coming months are some of the highest profile within the independent estate agency sector. Greenhouse OS will be releasing their names as they go live.

The founding team behind Greenhouse OS originates from Preston Baker Estate Agents and includes Alex Rhodes, formerly the chief technology officer at Preston Baker, along with Preston Baker co-founders Ian Preston and James Baker.

They say that it has long been their aim to launch an AI-powered CRM system to equip agency professionals with cutting-edge technology that enhances productivity and performance, and empowers them to thrive in today’s competitive market.

“The reaction to Greenhouse OS within the industry has been overwhelming, with sign-up strong,” said Preston.

The Greenhouse OS CRM system empowers estate and lettings agents with intelligent tools for enhancing client relationships, optimising workflows, and driving business growth in the dynamic agency market.

“Greenhouse OS is a cost-effective way to bring the world’s biggest CRM platform Salesforce to a residential sales and lettings agency,” said Rhodes. “After four years of building it, Yorkshire agency Preston Baker, who won the Gold Award for the Best Innovation in Estate Agency at the 2023 EA Masters, have just gone live with the brand new product.”

Commenting on the start of the rollout programme, Rhodes said that the simple user experience has been well received by the first agents using it.

He continued: “Our philosophy is that we believe that agents now, more than ever, need the freedom to run their agency in the way they believe is right for their local marketplace.  The way that Salesforce works as a product is that your CRM is unique to you and whilst we install it to work out-of-the-box with the most powerful technology available in UK agency, backed by a $300bn company, you can customise it so that you don’t have to accept that you must run your business the way your CRM provider dictates.”

Rhodes firmly believes that the Greenhouse OS platform represents a significant advancement in technology for estate and letting agents, empowering them with actionable insights and personalised tools to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

Some of the key features of Greenhouse OS include AI-driven lead management, automated client engagement, predictive insights, and workflow automation.

“Designed with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by UK estate and letting agents, this CRM system is poised to transform how professionals in the industry manage their businesses, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth,” he added.

Love it! I think its brilliant how serving agents with tech solutions is returning to the innovative, passionate and personal provision of service as opposed to a dispassionate, bolting a bell or whistle to products and services well beyond their best before date

Possibly its time for Bob and Henry to put on a PCS so agents get to see the full range innovations, people and products who find it difficult to reach an audience- As I’ve lost track of Bob and Henry it might be a job for Kerfuffle?
