Netflix or Negflix? New training platform launches into industry

A new training service is launching in Netflix style.

Called Negflix, the platform is to be launched by the team behind Allstars, Bryan Mansell and Sarah Edmundson.

The duo have trained over 2,800 people in the last 18 months but say they have had to turn a lot of agents away due to sheer volume of work.

They also say that costs and geography often prevent businesses from training their people in a ‘bricks and mortar’ environment.

Edmundson said: “That’s why Negflix was born.

“We realised that we could offer our unrivalled knowledge and expertise to a wider audience, meaning that a negotiator in Aberdeen and a lister in Norfolk could benefit from award winning training at a very reasonable cost.”

Modelled on Netflix, the platform has also gained input from specialists across lettings and compliance.

The service will include regular industry updates, proptech reviews for business owners, and one-to-one coaching opportunities.

Mansell said: “We have already lined up a range of industry leaders and trainers and will be welcoming others to participate so that every agent will benefit from a rich learning source covering numerous topics in sales and lettings.

“Negflix will also pull lots of useful and relevant content from outside the industry.”

Topics could include social media marketing, and content creation.

Negflix is due for launch imminently.
