Peter and Rani Grieve, franchise owners at Martin & Co Worcester, are opening a new CJ Hole office in the same area.
Both Martin & Co and CJ Hole are brands that come under the umbrella of the Property Franchise Group – the new trading name of Martin & Co.
Although individual Martin & Co offices will continue to bear the branding, the parent franchising company has changed its name to reflect its multi-brand approach.
The Grieves’ expansion makes the couple the first franchisees to operate more than one brand within the group.
In Worcester, CJ Hole is primarily a sales specialist, while Martin & Co focuses on lettings.
The new CJ Hole office opened its doors this week.
Peter and Rani Grieve also operate a Martin & Co office in Gloucester.
