Seymours, the independent 20-branch estate agency based predominantly in Surrey, has relocated its Woking office to a new, modern showroom office in the Victoria Place shopping centre.

The move to the new 3,000 sq ft flagship office space marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth as Seymours continue to serve the Woking community with residential sales and lettings.

This new prominent position in Woking is perfectly placed centrally within the group’s growing 20-office network and provides a new way for clients to showcase their properties.

Seymours first opened its doors in Woking in October 2003, headed up by resident partners Franco Orlando and John Ferrucci. The company now employs 85 staff spread across five local offices in Woking, including partners in sales, lettings, and Prestige Homes.

“After two decades of supporting Woking’s residents in their home moves, it’s time for Seymours to make our own move,” said Orlando.
