Parkers has announced the acquisition of Martin & Co. Caversham.

As part of the transition, Lynn Masterman of Martin & Co. Caversham will be joining the Parkers team.

Craig Pearson, managing director of Parkers, said: “Having Lynn join us was integral to this decision. Masterman will be working alongside Mark Brooker, Parkers’ lettings director, who brings over 15 years of industry expertise in the lettings sector.

Martin & Co. Caversham is set to rebrand as its The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) stablemate, with Parkers now seeing over 1,300 managed properties in its portfolio.
