London agent opens new Manchester office in continued expansion

London-headquartered estate agent Johns&Co has announced its expansion into Manchester with the opening of a new office.

The move marks the latest chapter in the company’s history since its establishment in 2013.

Since then, Johns&Co has grown from a single office in London to ten branches located across the capital. The company has also expanded internationally with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

The new office in Manchester, on King Street, will provide a full suite of sales, lettings, and management services, with a special focus on residential property investment.

The company said the move is part of a broader strategy to enhance its presence in key UK cities and cater to the needs of a diverse and growing international client base.

“Our decision to open an office in Manchester is driven by the city’s strong economic performance and the outstanding investment opportunities it offers for residential property investors,” said Jon Johnson, managing director of Johns&Co.

“The early success we’ve achieved here, with over 50 landlords already on board and our activity in several high-profile developments by Salboy, Renaker, and FEC, demonstrates the high demand for our services and the confidence investors have in our ability to deliver exceptional results.”

Johnson added: “As Manchester continues to evolve into a major hub for business and lifestyle, Johns&Co is well-positioned to contribute to and benefit from its ongoing success.

“This expansion not only extends our footprint in the UK beyond London, but also aligns with our mission to provide top-tier property management and sales services in key urban centres.”
