iamproperty has launched a new pre-populated forms feature, with the aim of supporting estate agents in harnessing Material Information.
Enhancing the Material Information feature within its Movebutler solution, iamproperty’s pre-populated forms align with NTSELAT guidance and are designed to save agents’ time and reduce their admin workload, while helping them to stay compliant.
Agents can also store and distribute property information to prospective buyers via new bespoke Property Report links, with those using iamproperty’s new Marketing Toolkit able to send out fully branded Property Reports.
Complete guidance on Material Information parts A, B and C has been live in the property industry since last November. While agents have been working hard to get up to speed, iamproperty believes there are still some barriers to overcome, including the administrative burden and access to the right tech.
Ben Ridgway, co-founder at iamproperty, said: “Since the updates to Material Information requirements were first talked about, we’ve worked closely with our partner agents to keep evolving Movebutler so it’s the go-to solution for Material Information support.
“Material Information can be a huge opportunity for agents and the industry, but only with the right tech in place to take care of the admin. This latest update is all about time saving for agents, freeing them up to focus on the areas they add the most value, while still benefiting from bringing more information upfront in transactions and staying compliant.”
