Channel 4’s obsession with making programmes about property continues apace.
We were amused to see this advert appealing for case studies to be included in a forthcoming C4 Cutting Edge documentary on million-pound homes.
“Are you buying or selling a property worth £1 million?” it asks.
It says it is looking for what £1m can buy in different parts of the UK “whether you’re a first-time buyer or retiring and downsizing”.
Er, yes.
Just how many first-time buyers do you know with budgets of £1m?
Yet another C4 property programme has been given the working title of Ugly House.
It is looking for home owners with a budget of between £40,000 and £70,000 for a make-over.
