It’s their latest release (cue Simon Cowell roll of eyes) but what are The Estate Agents banging on about?

A band called The Estate Agents has just released a new track, well received and very noisy.

And apparently they don’t like estate agents.

The opening track features agent James Ryan who starts to give his tips on selling a home. However, his voice is soon drowned out.

To be honest, it’s all slightly beyond EYE as we can’t work out who hates who and why, and even the friendliest reviewer asks what it is that they’re all banging on about, and we’re not even sure whether the track really is called Landlord.

Apparently, though, the record is a repeated slap to the senses that is “as rewarding as it is visceral”.

Nope. Us neither.

We can just see Simon Cowell rolling his eyes.
