Industry veteran Lance Trendall has taken a Country Properties franchise – the 23rd office in the network.
Trendall has traded as Premier Move in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, for 17 years, and has a 40-year track record in the industry.
He was the owner of three franchised offices in John H James & Company that were sold to General Accident in 1985. He also worked for GA Property Services.
He said of franchising: “It is a great way to outperform the corporates and still run your own business.”
