Industry figures come together to promote Project Peak Performance

A group of industry figures in senior leadership positions have formed a group aiming to help people unlock their full potential.

Project peak performance is a concept created by Alex Willis, Ian Macbeth, Rob Brady, James Humphries-Stone and Dave Gibbons. They say that their mission ‘is to accelerate and educate a group of driven people, by sharing stories of real life human experiences of peak performance’.

The five member of the Peak Performance Pack have summarised what the project means to them and why people should get involved.

James Humphries-Stone, Co-Founder of The Avenue estate agents:

“We have created Project Peak Performance for those that are seeking to continually learn, grow and develop in all areas of life. From business to relationships to gut health to sporting endeavours and everything in between, our mission is to source and provide access to relatable content that people can easily digest and implement into their day-to-day lives.”

Ian Macbeth, Managing Partner at Avocado Property:

“One of the great things about modern day social media, is the ability to share stories, lessons and experiences from special people outside of a celebrity status. Project Peak Performance will do exactly that for people on a quest to become the best version of themselves. The Pack can’t wait to build a community of amazing people, striving to get to the next level in the areas of their life, that mean the most to them personally.”

Alex Willis, Chief Sales Officer at GOTO Group:

‘’I’ve always had a fascination with understanding elite performers and what enables them to operate in the top 1-2% of their sector. Having delved deeper into the psychology of high performance and human behaviour over the past couple of years I have come to understand the power of mindset in separating the best from the rest. These learnings have allowed me to work closely with my team to maximise their potential, as well as create more powerful partnerships with some of our clients.

“I feel privileged to be able to share ideas and content with such a knowledgeable and progressive group, and really look forward to growing a community of like-minded people.’’

Dave Gibbons, Managing Director at Courtyard Homes:

‘’I joined the group as I saw huge benefits in being involved with a project like this. The team that started the project are all hugely beneficial and add a tonne of experience and expertise in various fields.

“Creating an environment for people and business to thrive and grow will have a huge positive impact on the community involved. As a performance and business coach myself I can really see huge benefits. The only question is ….. are you ready to make a change??’’

Rob Brady, Elite Performance Coach at Iceberg Digital:

“If you’re disturbed by your own in action then this is your community. Peak performance isnt just about working hard till you break and being the best at the sacrifice of everything. It’s not just about sports too..

“It can happen in all matters of life, that’s why I love our unique ’8 Dimensions of Peak Performance’ that our community can explore and collaborate together on. Providing a vulnerable environment where the curious mindset meets action from inspirational stories, blogs and podcast on so many topics, sparking that moment in your life to take the first step you’ve been wanting to do for years. The choice is now yours to explore the pack”

The group have already recorded 10 podcast episodes which include conversations with a multi-discipline world champion, a nutrition and health optimisation coach and an ex-professional footballer.

The project launches on Friday 1st of September. Anyone interested in getting involved can register here.
