Anderson Rose, a single office estate agency based at Tower Bridge, has expanded its service to prime central London.

The company, founded in 2011 by Jon Byers, formerly of Hamptons, is launching a new office based at Wimpole Street in Mayfair, and will cover the immediate and surrounding areas.

The new office is to be run by Scott Joseph, who recently joined Anderson Rose with 18 years estate agency experience, having worked for several high-profile firms, including Savills and Knight Frank.

He said “I am so proud to be joining the Anderson Rose family and to be launching our new business in prime central London.

“Agency as we know it is evolving so rapidly and it is time to either move with it or be left behind. Our new business underlines our ambition to move with the times and provide our clients and customers with the most comprehensive service unlike any other.”

Reflecting on the launch of a new office, Byers commented: “It has certainly taken ten years for Anderson Rose to build solid enough foundations in order to scale up and offer what has become a multi-award-winning service to a wider area.

“The first ten years brought lots of joy, fun and freedom to be creative but we also faced plenty of disappointment and frustration along the way.

“We have kept faithful to the values upon which we launched the business – to be efficient, to act with integrity, to have empathy, innovate and be brave. Most of these are constants but it has been innovation that has been constantly scrutinised and we believe that our marketing is now the very best way to connect people with property in the digital age and most importantly – so do our customers.”
