Independent estate agency continues rapid expansion with two new branches

Three-branch Hat and Home is growing its office network further with the addition of another two branches, this time in Ascot and Sandhurst. The estate agency, which launched two and a half years ago, will see its footprint increase to five offices as a consequence.

If the three existing offices are anything to go by, we can expect an inviting space with the company values on the walls, brick partitions, a living moss wall feature, signature bowler hat pendant lights, and a few other surprises.

As with all branches, a framed album of Paul Young will feature prominently (Wherever I lay my hat, that’s my home was the inspiration behind the agency’s name).

Managing director, Luke  Strzadala, said: “We are steadfast in our commitment to ‘make moving home a fantastic experience’ and can’t wait to offer our unique proposition to the residents of Ascot and Sandhurst. We’ve had our eye on both these locations for a while, but needed the right retail space which we have secured on the High Street, Ascot and Yorktown Road, Sandhurst.”

Known for its edgy and clever marketing the firm has made a name for itself very quickly since launching in February 2021.

Founder of Hat and Home, Ben Gee, commented: We are extremely proud of our brand and the marketing that goes alongside it to ensure high levels of traffic  to our website which gives our clients’ properties the greatest exposure to the most  motivated buyers and tenants in the market.”

The founders of Hat and Home recently launched a mortgage brokerage.
