Southernbrook Lettings has expanded its presence in West Sussex with the acquisition of Worthing-based lettings agency Homes4All.

The deal gives the independent agency a dedicated base in Worthing and strengthens its position in the local lettings market.

Homes4All has operated in the area for a number of years and will now become part of the Southernbrook Lettings network. The business will continue to operate under the Southernbrook brand following the acquisition.

The transaction marks Southernbrook’s second acquisition of 2026 as the company continues to pursue growth through expansion and acquisitions across the South of England.

Southernbrook Lettings has offices across the region and said further acquisitions are planned later this year.
