Igo Move, which launched two-and-a-half years ago in Hartlepool, is looking to expand across the North East.

The company recently appointed directors to focus on County Durham and Teesside, and is now placing greater focus on Middlesbrough, Darlington and Stockton, with a plan to target Sunderland before the end of the year.

The company currently has 12 members of staff, including directors, negotiators and admin staff, but is looking to grow.

Managing director Mark Flint, 42, said the agency is looking for experienced agents to lead its expansion.

Flint told the press: “We are looking to grow the business even more after a successful first couple of years.

“While we have sold houses in these areas, we are looking to cover Middlesbrough, Darlington, Stockton and Sunderland with greater intent.

“We are looking for interested people with a minimum of three years’ experience to become partners and lead their own area at Igo Move.

“There is no up-front cost and those successful will effectively be running their own branch.

“It’s an exciting opportunity and a further sign Igo Move has big plans. Our model works.”

Mr Flint should consider making his website compliant with Advertising Standards & the TPO code. Fees shown on his website are exclusive of vat.

Not to mention the £200 (plus VAT) difference in the fee you discover only if/when you untick a box to NOT use their conveyancing service…

And, surely, Hybrid just means you don’t have an office anyone can actually visit or collectively/collaboratively work from?

“The company recently appointed directors to focus on County Durham and Teesside”

Maybe I’m ignorant of such things – but isn’t flogging two franchises a bit different to “appointing directors”?
