Hunters network to adopt Zoopla’s Alto property software

Hunters has signed a six-year software contract with Zoopla that will see its Alto property software platform rolled out across the firm’s 200-plus branches, including The Property Franchise Group (TPFG), over the next few months.

Alto has developed several new features in recent months that have clearly proved popular with Hunters.

Zoopla, which acquired the cloud-based software for agents in 2016, reports that there have also been significant improvements to the software’s email templating system, giving customers full creative control over the look and feel of emails, and enabling them to create templates for everyday email interactions and drive efficiencies.

Alto has also integrated with SmartSearch, a major AML check provider that can streamline the process for agents, enabling them to meet their legal requirements.

Further integrations have been enabled by ongoing investment in Alto’s new API, which can be used by both customers and partners to further improve workflows.

This new contract builds on a strong existing and long-term relationship between the two parent brands, TPFG and Zoopla.

Andy Marshall, chief commercial officer at Zoopla comments: “We’re extremely pleased that such an ambitious brand has chosen Alto as their software partner of choice and decided to invest in our vision and strategy for the future.

“We look forward to working closely together on features and functionality to ensure that Hunters is truly set up for success, both now and in the coming months and years.”

Hunters along with a large proportion of other TPFG branches already list on Zoopla, with TPFG’s other national High Street brand, Martin & Co, using the Jupix software.

Gareth Williams, managing director at Hunters, commented: “The most important consideration for us when choosing our software partner was to provide our customers, the franchisees, with a solution to automate ‘back office’ practices, allowing them to concentrate on generating new business.

“With an exciting innovation roadmap rolling out over the next year, we are confident that Alto is the best software provider to support our franchisees and further strengthen their ability to focus on growing their business.”
