High end agency opens new flagship office in London

Beauchamp Estates has opened a new flagship office on St John’s Wood High Street in North West London.

The 1,500 sqft branch, which is positioned in the centre of the High Street, features a new homes marketing suite to the front window, two floors with the technology and stylish interiors, while outside terraces are finished to a luxury residential specification.

Branch services will include sales, lettings, new homes, property management, international marketing and relocation services with  Beauchamp’s new homes department relocating to the office.

The office will be led by Rosy Khalastchy, who has worked in the local marketplace for 36 years, alongside a team who include Francesca Fox, head of lettings and Yahya Swallem, senior new homes consultant.

Also coming to the team will be Scott Joseph, joining from Savills, and Matthew Abernethy, joining from CBRE where he was a director in the new homes division, and Sara Geraghty who will be head of client hospitality and administration.

The office is located over ground and lower ground floor both opening onto private rear patios with tables and chairs for entertaining clients.

In the large high street window, there is a special new homes marketing suite for displaying scale-models of new residential developments, with a digital screen with marketing material to one side of the window and an interactive screen to use with a model being marketed.

The debut new homes development being launched in the marketing suite is One St. John’s Wood, a new exclusive luxury apartment development by Regal London which provides 112 lateral apartments and penthouses, a private spa, swimming pool, concierge and valet parking with 60% of the homes already reserved and prices starting from £995,000.

Alongside the marketing suite there is a reception area with a TV mounted on the wall and a VIP lounge area for clients and visitors dressed with bespoke crescent shaped sofa, feature chairs and marble coffee tables.

The sales and lettings departments will be to the rear of the ground floor with the new homes department occupying the lower floor, along with a glass walled boardroom and meeting room.

Rather than be fitting out to a standard estate agency office specification, the new branch has been finished to a luxurious residential specification, with features including a “Beauchamp blue” feature wall, parquet style Oak finish flooring, elegant furniture, mood lighting, a fully fitted kitchen, marble tiled guest powder room and timber decking to the outside terraces.

Gary Hersham, founding director of Beauchamp Estates, said: “St. John’s Wood is one of the most vibrant markets in London at present due to the supply of high-quality houses with home offices and gardens and luxury apartments with proximity to parks, which is exactly what people want.

“Homes in St John’s Wood are in high demand from applicants and this is why we are delighted to be opening our new St. John’s Wood office located right in the centre of the High Street which is one of the most visited and popular local shopping and leisure destinations in London.”
