haart has opened a new state-of-the-art property centre in Aylesbury.

Employees welcomed the public into the centre at Berryfields with popcorn, candyfloss, Hallowe’en face painting and goody bags to the first 50 children.

The first 10 properties listed with the branch received a 0% sales fee on any property within two miles of BerryFields.

Tim Wardley, managing director of Spicerhaart’s land and new homes division, said: “Aylesbury is one of the fastest growing locations in the UK and our modern, state-of-the-art property centre is now our new base for expanding our estate agency, lettings, financial and new home services to neighbouring towns and villages across Buckinghamshire.

“This is an opportunity to do something different by opening the only property centre at Berryfields, which is in a convenient location, with free parking nearby for local homebuyers and sellers or those involved in lettings, to visit us.”

The Property Centre is recruiting additional junior and senior staff in Estate Agency and Lettings and is also expanding its home-based partnership network.
