Goodlord becomes accredited CPD provider

Goodlord has become an accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider in order to support letting agents who are focused on continuing their professional development through training and education.

Letting agents will be able to fulfill their CPD requirements by attending webinars held by the property technology company, with the first accredited event due to be held tomorrow.

Wednesday’s webinar, which will start at 10am, will see ARLA Propertymark’s legal expert Robert Bolwell answer questions on the legislative landscape. All attendees will receive CPD credits.

Bolwell, also senior partner at Dutton Gregory, will join Goodlord’s CEO William Reeve to discuss the Regulation of Property Agents, the Renters’ Reform Bill, and answer letting agents’ questions live.

Many letting agents already need to complete 12 hours of CPD a year as members of ARLA Propertymark.

Reeve commented: “We have always been proud to offer webinars for agents looking to further their industry knowledge. We’re therefore delighted that our webinar attendees will now receive regulatory credit in recognition of the time investment they make in their continuing professional development.”
