A free seminar on lettings law is being held by national legal firm Shoosmiths in the Southampton area next week.

It is being held on Thursday (May 22) at the Shoosmiths office in Solent Business Park, Whiteley. The seminar runs from 10.30am to 1pm and will be followed by lunch.

It will consider Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements, licensing schemes, eviction law, and the correct presentation and contents of Prescribed Information.

Speakers will include Susie Crolla of the Letting Training Centre and John Coyne of the National Landlords Association.
