The Sourced Group claims that its new lettings division, Sourced Living, presents franchisees with the chance to generate recurring revenue surpassing £100,000 annually.

The Sourced Group, established in 2017, already has a franchise network of over 220 individuals but says its new lettings arm, which is now operational in the West Midlands, Somerset, Yorkshire, Gloucestershire and Hampshire, offers plenty of scope for growth.

The new Sourced Living agents have already undergone their induction training, the company said in a statement.

It added: “As a Sourced Living agent, the newbies will leverage the company’s proven systems and resources to deliver top-notch property management services to their communities. As part of their package, they are equipped with industry leading tech such as PayProp, Verismart and Fixflo to name a few.
