Well-known estate agent Andrew Gilchrist, recently the Managing Director of LSL Property Services owned brands, Frost’s, Lawlors and Intercounty, in the Herts/Essex area, has launched his new venture, called “The Business of Estate Agency”.

The new business provides business consultancy, bespoke training, and one to one executive coaching and capitalises on Gilchrist’s experience of over 20 years at director/owner level.

During that time his interests in how businesses can be improved and how and why people perform at their best, led him on a self development journey where he achieved an MBA and most recently a second Masters degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change.

Gilchrist now hopes that this combination of skill, knowledge and unrivalled experience will prove valuable to clients hoping to grow their estate agency businesses.
