Fixflo integration with Alto gets an upgrade

Alto has upgraded its integration with Fixflo, the repairs and maintenance software, ensuring that there is now a two-way data synchronisation between Alto and Fixflo, further streamlining the day-to-day of property managers and letting agents

Alto’s API also enables Fixflo to create an updated works order with real-time updates which will be visible from the Alto software.

Agents can access the Fixflo integration via Alto Marketplace and use it to automate and streamline every part of their property management workflow, from managing repair requests to gathering quotes and reconciling maintenance costs.

Alto customers can also use Fixflo’s built-in guidance to filter out up to 20% of tenant maintenance with guidance for tenants and property managers in the form of pop-ups built into the Fixflo portal

Lewis Bray, head of marketplace and partnerships at Fixflo, said: “Fixflo’s integration with Alto will bring brand new efficiencies and time-saves to our customers. The two-way data sync will streamline property managers’ workflows using Alto while giving them access to all the features that make Fixflo users so successful. Instead of getting bogged down by day-to-day admin and tab-switching, users can focus on the real heart of property management: building relationships with their landlord clients and solving tenants’ issues.”

Riccardo Dawson, chief operating officer at Alto and Houseful, commented: “Partnering with the UK’s leading proptechs is paramount to the success of Alto Marketplace and delivering the efficiencies that today’s letting agents both demand and deserve. Our integration with Fixflo was our most highly requested integration to date from agents and we’re pleased to launch this enhanced functionality.
