Oakheart Property, which covers the housing market in Essex and Suffolk, has launched a new homes division.
The estate agency has also announced the the appointment of Aaron Breakwell as Managing Director and Joe Waller as Associate Director of Oakheart New Homes, as part of the firm’s expansion.
Following the launch of Arpen Consultancy last year, focused on assisting landowners in maximising the value of their land, Oakheart says it identified the next phase in its growth strategy – extending its offering to include a dedicated new homes team.
This strategic expansion brings together Oakheart and Arpen Consultancy. The collaboration aims to offer comprehensive solutions to clients seeking to invest in land and new home developments.
In tandem with the launch of its new homes division, Oakheart has announced the upcoming opening of its newest branch in Chelmsford, Essex, this spring.
