EYE NEWSFLASH: Redundancy process under way at Homesearch

Property Industry Eye has learned that the well known estate agency proptech company Homesearch is making an unspecified number of redundancies among its workforce.

A spokesperson for the London-based business told EYE this morning:

“Homesearch has entered into a voluntary period of consultation with some employees, with a view to making a small number of redundancies.

The most recent accounts (for the year ended December 31st 2021) filed at Companies House show that at that time the company ‘Homesearch Digital Ltd’ had £2.75m in cash at bank and in hand with net assets of £2.26m
