Roger Parry & Partners in Oswestry has expanded after reaching an agreement with J J Dell to take over and run the estate agency business from the prominent office at 21 Leg Street in the town centre.

Roger Parry & Partners now has premises on Salop Street and Leg Street in Oswestry.

In the Leg Street office, Roger Parry & Partners will extend their estate agency services, while J J Dell & Co will continue to operate their own management and lettings business.

Jeremy Dell has run an independent family estate agency business in Oswestry since 1982.

Richard Corbett of Roger Parry & Partners, said: “Expanding the company is very exciting for us, having now got four residential sales offices in Oswestry, Welshpool, Llanidloes and Shrewsbury. We look forward to the continued support of our local market town.

Roger Parry & Partners has welcomed Lucie Bromley to the team as a sales negotiator. She will run the Leg Street office with Charlotte Roberts.
