Former Knight Frank agent Tom Woods has joined BCM Rural Property Specialists to lead its residential sales and lettings team.

Woods, a graduate in rural land management from the Royal Agricultural University at Cirencester, joined Knight Frank’s Winchester office straight from college and stayed for 15 years.

A specialist in country houses, Woods said: “Hampshire has some very exciting country houses and larger properties, many of which are homes that will never be on the sales market but which are very appealing in the residential lettings arena.

“I felt that after 15 years with a national agency it was time to put my experience to good use building my career with an independent that has a positive outlook, and I know that’s the case with BCM.”

Woods was born and brought up in Hampshire, and continues to live there.
