An estate agency in Lancaster has announced plans to open a second branch in the city as it celebrates its first anniversary.

CoastNCountry, which currently has an office in Penny Street, LA1, will be opening a second branch at the corner of Damside and Cable Street in a bid to increase market share in the local area.

The company, headed up by Matthew Wiggins and Sarah Horn, sees itself as an important part of the local community.
