Estate agency to host event in London in bid to attract international property investors

Fine & Country is to host an international investor event next month from their head office on Park Lane in central London.

With attendees flying in from overseas, the event, which is to be held on Wednesday 8th March, is aimed at exhibiting properties from around the world that are ripe for investors.

Hannah Dorman, marketing director at Fine & Country Exeter and organiser of this event, said: “I have been astounded by the responses I have received from across the network from agents wishing to showcase their investor opportunities at the event.

“Being part of the Fine & Country network means that, for us down in Exeter, our opportunities for finding buyers extend far beyond our shop window, we can access markets in fourteen different countries across four continents. An impressive statement for every Fine & Country location to remind their clients of, and this investor event is testament to that.”

The event will start at midday and will finish at 4pm, with refreshments for visitors as well as the opportunity to converse with Fine & Country representatives from across the globe about investment opportunities in their own countries.

The day is set to be educational, helping potential investors understand the laws, legislation, conversions, benefits, and limitations of investing in the different regions, while also offering an opportunity to network and potentially source new buyer.

Nicky Stevenson, MD at Fine & Country, commented: “Our international conference for 2023 is being held in London on Friday 10th March, with delegates from around the world arriving in the UK to attend what is set to be an informative and enjoyable affair.

“Having so many members from the global network in the city offered a great initiative to maximise the opportunity of getting together for the investor event. The variety of perspectives and the wide range of properties on display will be quite the feat to witness.”
