Estate agency supports suicide bereavement charity

An estate agency in Crediton has recently supported the work of a suicide bereavement charity.

Helmores donated £200 to Pete’s Dragons which is based in Cornwall and provides comfort to those affected by suicide.

The donation will enable the charity to provide help local people by offering free support, information, financial assistance, and counselling.

Helmores Director, Rob Stoyle, explained what prompted them to donate. He said:

“My family has experienced the support that Pete’s Dragons provide.

“They are a wonderful bunch of caring people working so hard to help others get through incredibly sad and tough periods of their lives.

“We’re delighted to be able to help them in some small way.”

Helmores initial donation of £100 was match funded by the Karma Club, the charitable arm of industry supplier, the Estate Agent Content Club (EACC).

The Karma Club match funds donations made by its members who use its EACC’s weekly content service.

A representative from Pete’s Dragons said:

“Thanks to Rob and the team at Helmores.

“We are so grateful they thought of us.

“Their generous donation will help us help local people who are affected by suicide.”
