Estate agency recruiter Joshua Rayner has been shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year in the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards.

As well as his Rayner Personnel business, Rayner set up Estate Agency All Stars which recruits and trains newcomers to the industry so that they can hit the ground running when they start work.

He has also secured sponsorship and support for the project from the likes of Rightmove, Property Software Group and Ravensworth.

The entrepreneurial Rayner, still only in his twenties, is also involved with raterAgent, the new review site run by Mal McCallion which aims to take on allAgents.
