Monroe, launched in October 2020 by Jordan Yorath and Leanna Corban, has opened its second office in Boston Spa and is looking to expand further.
The new office, which is located on The Avenue, in Alwoodley, will cover the local areas, including Wetherby, Tadcaster, Collingham, Bramham and Thorner.
Yorath said: “We think Boston Spa is such a beautiful historic village and the vibrancy of village life there really matches Monroe’s dynamic and creative team ethos.”
Rowan Paine has been promoted to branch manager of Boston Spa.
“She grew up in the area and so has fantastic local knowledge of the village and surrounding area,” Yorath added.
Paine commented: “I absolutely love Boston Spa’s mix of traditional and modern architecture coupled with the energy of the high street and fantastic community spirit.
“It’s great to be able to offer a truly personal service to the people living in Boston Sap and the surrounding towns and villages.
“We have already been instructed on a couple of gorgeous properties in this area.”
The firm’s MD, Leanna Corban, said: “Monroe is keen to become part of the local community and work with property owners, businesses and charities in the surrounding villages. We appreciate it is a close-knit community and would love to add value to the area.”
