Independent estate agency Pymm and Co has relocated its Norwich headquarters after 20 years at its former office.

The firm has moved from Ber Street to larger premises at 46 Rose Lane, less than half a mile away.

The relocation follows the acquisition of Starkings & Watson Lettings and brings the agency’s specialist teams together under one roof.

Pymm and Co was founded in 2006 by managing director Steve Pymm, who has worked in estate agency since 1996.

Pymm said the business had outgrown its long-standing Ber Street office after two decades of expansion.

He said: “We were at Ber Street for 20 years and, with the business outgrowing it, we needed to move.

“Our new office means we’re now all under one roof with space to continue our growth.”

The agency expanded into financial services through sister company Broadland Consultants in 2007. It launched a dedicated lettings division the following year.

Much of its subsequent expansion has come through acquisitions.

The business has taken on several lettings portfolios over the years. These include Homeworks Lettings, MPJ Property Management, Reality Lettings, Barton and Co, Moving In, Dunn and Co and Spencer Ward Lettings.

Pymm and Co expanded beyond Norwich in 2025 when it opened a second office in Sheringham.

The agency later increased the size of its north Norfolk operation by acquiring the neighbouring building.
