Your Move Williams Rose has expanded its lettings business by acquiring a 250-property landlord portfolio.
The LSL Estate Agency Franchising partner has bought Assured Property Rentals in Keynsham.
Assured Property Rentals owner Peter Jarman agreed the sale ahead of his retirement.
As a result, Your Move Williams Rose will take over the management of around 250 properties.
Two Assured Property Rentals employees will also join the Your Move team.
LSL Estate Agency Franchising has now supported seven franchise partner acquisitions this year.

Meanwhile, Jarman said the transaction had progressed smoothly.
He said: “After checks of due diligence and our banking history the sale has taken place, our landlords are happy and so are we.”
