A man has appeared in court accused of driving dangerously in a Maserati sports car that crashed into an estate agent’s office last March.

A woman, Didem Bulut, was reportedly trapped against the front door of Fox and Sons in Brighton. A second woman is said to have suffered minor injuries.

Emmanuel Mikhail, 31, was charged at Lewes Crown Court, pleading not guilty.

A trial is expected to be held in October and to last ten days. Mikhail has been granted bail.
