Ever thought about lifting the lid on the world of lettings? Now could be your moment to shine.
A leading publisher (EYE is sworn to secrecy) is looking for an agent to write an honest and funny book, anonymously if preferred, about the highs and lows of working in lettings.
You know the kind of thing: tenants caught en flagrante during, er, viewings; that funny looking herb being grown in the bathroom; and the tenant from hell who sub-let the place to the even worse tenants from hell.
Previous writing experience is not necessary, says the publisher, but the ideal candidate must have a knack for witty anecdotes. They should also have plenty of empathy and an interest in the bigger issues facing the property industry today.
The writer would receive guidance and encouragement as needed from a dedicated editor.
If you think you might be the right person to write this book, email secret.editor@outlook.com to chat to the publisher and find out more about the opportunity.
Never mind the Guidance and Encouragement. Any cash going? 🙂

Top tip: If there’s a book inside you then sitting down may prove troublesome.
