Do you have an appetite for an estate agency networking dinner?

The EA Directors Club dinner, hosted by the Baldock Brothers, returns on September 21st after its summer break.

The event, which is held in the Westminster area of London is exclusively for estate and letting agency owners and directors, including those under the ‘self employed’ models, with a guarantee of no suppliers, speeches, or sales pitches.

Matt Baldock said: “The idea behind starting this dinner was for agency owners to relax and unwind with people in a similar position, and for a safe space to discuss any issues they were facing.

“We get 20 -30 people each month and it has actually evolved into a real community of likeminded owners who are more than happy to share ideas and support each other. Some real bonds have been created and people have definitely increased their business levels through ideas they have taken away.”

Tickets cost £55 for a 3 course meal and can be bought by emailing info@baldockbrothers.co.uk

Westminster area is should be vague enough to stop Whaley bouncing in unannounced. I’d probably have gone for somewhere in the South East just to be sure; he can smell a party anywhere an Uber can get him to. Westminster isn’t that big

This really is a great evening for directors. The rare opportunity to have an evening with others who truly understand what you have/are going through or have great ideas to implement for newfound success. There’s no agenda, no sponsorship and no suppliers so it’s a genuine ‘safe space’ where owners can be open and honest with one another- and have some fun too! If you haven’t been, it’s about time you gave it a try.
