Craig Hall to head up LSL Property Services’ new homes division

Craig Hall will leave Legal & General after more than 15 years to head up LSL Property Services’ new homes division.

At L&G Hall formed part of the management team for its new build proposition between 2013 and 2018 as head of broker relationships & propositions.

Most recently managing broker relationships and propositions for L&G’s Mortgage Club, Hall will now take charge of LSL’s new build proposition.

At LSL, Hall will oversee both the company’s own new build financial services businesses and those of its distributor brands, Primis and TMA.

Hall said: “The new build market has undergone significant challenges during Covid-19 but is poised for growth over the coming years.”

Hall will begin his new post in September 2021, reporting into Paul Hardy, the firm’s commercial director.
