Countrywide boss Alison Platt makes power list of top 100 women

Countrywide boss Alison Platt has been named on a ‘power list’ of 100 women.

She is one of ten to be named in the property sector, where other names include Lisa Hollands, managing director of central London residential at CBRE.

Both Liz Peace, former chief executive of the British Property Federation, and her successor Melanie Leech are also named.

Elsewhere in the power list, Sherry Coutu appears in the entrepreneur section. A serial investor, she has backed Zoopla. She has been a director of Zoopla Property Group since 2014 and is also a non-executive director of the London Stock Exchange Group.
