The Partnership is opening a new office in Tunbridge Wells as the conveyancing firm expands its presence across Kent and the wider South East.
The office will open on 5 October 2026 and work with estate agents, mortgage brokers and clients across the county.
As a result, the expansion will give The Partnership a local base for working with agents on property transactions and sales progression.
Meanwhile, the opening follows the launch of the firm’s online portals for clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers.
The Partnership has also introduced Pledge 100, an initiative focused on progressing property transactions from instruction to completion in under 100 days.
In addition, the firm said the Tunbridge Wells opening forms part of its investment in supporting property professionals and improving communication during the conveyancing process.
Managing director Peter Ambrose said: “Tunbridge Wells is an area we’ve wanted to establish ourselves in for some time. It’s a fantastic property market with some excellent estate agents and mortgage brokers, and having a local presence means that we can work more closely with them.
“We’re continuing to invest in the business, both through technology, people and expansion into new areas, and we’re excited about becoming part of the local property community.”
The Partnership’s sales director Matt Fenn added: “Having spent many years in agency, I know how important local relationships are. We don’t just want to be another conveyancing firm working in Kent – we want to be part of the local community.
“The new office gives us the opportunity to spend more time with agents and brokers, support them and building relationships that benefit everyone involved in the moving process.”
