A contractor has been appointed to deliver a new headquarters for Connells Group in Milton Keynes.
Woodhouse has secured the contract to fit out Witan Gate House, a 60,000 sq ft office development that will accommodate more than 500 staff across multiple floors. The scheme will bring together teams currently spread across different locations into a single central base.
The design includes a mix of open-plan work areas, collaboration zones, quiet spaces and informal social areas, reflecting a workplace layout intended to support both team working and individual focus. A flexible training suite will also be incorporated for larger internal meetings and events, along with dedicated executive office space.
Woodhouse will be responsible for the full delivery of the project, overseeing the fit-out from initial works through to completion.
Connells Group, which is part of Skipton Building Society, is currently headquartered in Leighton Buzzard. The business operates more than 1,200 branches across the UK and employs around 16,000 people across its estate agency, lettings, mortgage and related property services operations.
The contract award follows Connells Group’s recent acquisition of Crofts Estate Agents, which operates three branches in Lincolnshire.
