Welsh agent Peter Alan, which was recently acquired by Connells, is to open six dedicated lettings branches before the end of the year.
These will add to the existing 26 branches.
Planned openings by the end of December include Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Neath and Merthyr Tydfil.
Next year, Peter Alan will add another nine lettings branches to this expansion, with branch locations to be decided.
Connells bought Peter Alan in July for £16.4m from Principality Building Society.
