The Christmas shopping season has officially been kicked off with the launch of the John Lewis and Marks & Spencer adverts.
These brands, and others, had multi-million pound budgets to try to tempt consumers to part with their Christmas money, with John Lewis focusing on dogs and trampolines, while M&S went for girl power in the form of Mrs Claus.
Everyone has a view on their favourite Christmas advert, but can you do better?
We are putting you to the test this festive season and would like to see readers come up with their best property and agency-inspired Christmas video advert.
What would an estate agent Christmas video advert look like? Can you recreate a classic video advert in your office from a well-loved brand?
The winner will receive a Hotel Chocolat box of chocolate to share with staff.
