Further expansion at Parkers
Six months after launching his fourth office of sales and lettings agency Parkers, Craig Pearson has added a fifth. The agency is part of The Property Franchise Group.
Having opened the Caversham branch of Parkers in May, Pearson has now taken over the Twyford office, as long-standing owners Andrew and Deborah Yapp retire after more than 30 years at the helm.
Pearson, who also owns Parkers branches in Reading, Earley and Woodley, said: “After opening the Caversham branch earlier in the year, Twyford was an integral piece of the puzzle in connecting the Woodley and Caversham offices.
Jody Dance, previously of Parkers Reading, has been appointed branch manager of the Twyford office.
Managing Director at The Property Franchise Group, Kate Randall, added: “Craig lives and breathes the Parkers brand and his enthusiasm and passion for growing his businesses shows no sign of slowing down.
“I know he’ll carry on the great work of both Andrew and Deborah in Twyford and I’m hugely excited to see what the future holds for all of his branches.”
